"I don't make film for publicity rather I want my film to be enjoyed by my audience. Generally, people wait for a year and then decide a film's sequel. But, I was sure from the beginning that I will bring the second part too. Vishwaroopam 2 is not my arrogance rather it is my confidence," Kamal sir told PTI on the sidelines of IIFA awards.

The actor, who is also the writer and director, said he had written the story in two parts.

"I had written the film in two parts and wanted to tell my audience the complete story. We decided to do in a two parts so that individually both the parts can work," he said.

The new film, which is currently in the shooting stage, will explore the emotional angle of human relationship.

"I am aware of the fact that my first film went through many hurdles as people created issues with it without watching it. The second part is both a sequel and prequel and it will focus on the romantic and emotional aspect now. It will be technologically more advanced. We have shot a scene underwater too," ‎#kamal sir said.

DSP Is Well Know For His Fast Numbers More Than Melody And Even Singam 2 Has Many Fast And Peppy Numbers, But There Lies The Main Problem For This Album..

Singam 2 Seems To Have Replica Of Earlier Songs Of DSP Which Adds To The Drawback Of The Album

The Album Consists Of 6 Songs And Most Of the Songs Are Fast Numbers- Folk Oriented!!

Puriyavillai Is a Sort Of Melody Version Sung By Swetha Mohan , Vaale Vaale By Shankar Mahadevan Is Good But Still It Lacks Something. Singam Dance Is a Peppy Number Sung By DSP Baba sehgal,sharmila but feels like we have heard it earlier..Achachamillai Seems to be a Sort Of Back Ground And Similar To Singam 1 , You Will Know It While Listening to it!! The Reason Why we had shared The Review Now,Is That Many Would Have Seen The Movie Now and Many would be Planning to go this weekend!! So This is To Give Hint for those who have to watch and for this who had watched,you would know it :) 

The name of the film is very apt that, it shows the suffering of a person due to his name and how he outcomes the struggle and wins his ambition.

Sivakarthikeyan's acting is superb as usual with timing comedies. Siva's Friend also done a great job in humour. Mano Bala sir's entrance was superb that makes the audience laugh heavily. Priya anand done her best and its superb to see her in screen after quite some long time. Attakathi fame  Nandita has a more substantial role from the second half onwards as Valli, Siva’s trainer and a former promising athlete whose prospects are ruined by a doctored hormone test. The film shows the hardwork of rural people with so much talents were ruined by few culprits in the city. Anirudh's music were already hit and they were nice to see in screens too. Screenplay is superb. 

On the whole, it  makes some valid points about the state of poor athletes in the country and also offers something for the entire family. Though the movie is not racy, its worth watching.
